If you’ve ever visited New York on vacation, you know that most hotels in the city boast the finest in amenities and service. But I’ll bet you wouldn’t think the employees receive the same level of quality in something as basic as their uniform. Hotel Rivington in downtown Manhattan spoils their staff. They’ve got the folks at the check in desk rocking Ted Baker London shirts, Cohesive jackets and jeans by Earnest Sewn. Now the boutique hotel has partnered with DC  Shoes for the sixth time to keep their workers fresh to death in a pair of redesigned DC LIFE Cadet Chukkas. The shoes will be exclusive to employees only of course. Black on black, full grain leather, silky suede under lays, and the shoe company’s trademarked “pill” pattern on the toe. Perhaps the dopest detail of the shoe is the etched ‘Hotel on Rivington’ on the outsole. Talk about ‘exclusivity’. It’s a nod to the original DCSHOECOUSA lettering on the classic, ten-year-old DC LYNX skate model. The company will also be hooking staff up with a structured black sweater- the Subway 2.
