Upper Playground is releasing a four piece capsule collection from the internationally renowned, Herbert Baglione.
The first part of the capsule is an extremely limited hand-made wooden night-stand box with a screen printed Herbert Baglione print mounted on the top. Master furniture designer and woodworker Francisco Robles’ handled the hand construction of the boxes. The Herbert Baglione print finishes off the box and is screen-printed onto thin archival cougar white paper which has then been mounted and coated with a light satin lacquer finish.
The rest of the capsule is features three of Herbert’s designs (Mulher, Crime and Cabeca) on UP’s premium slimmer fit t-shirts.
The box is available exclusively at Upper Playground’s webstore and the t-shirts are available at all Upper Playground retail locations and on the webstore.

Upper Playground is releasing a limited edition hand etched 64oz stainless steel flask. The flask was designed and hand-etched by infamous artist MQ. The over-sized flask is big enough to fit two fifths of your favorite adult beverage and is available at UP’s online store.

E-40 is not the only rap icon repping Landy Cognac, Snoop Dogg has signed a new marketing partnership with the “new age” cognac brand.
As part of the deal Snoop will appear at select Landy events and promotions, and will feature Landy Cognac at numerous after-parties.
Landy has had an uphill battle trying to gain market share in the urban community due to people being very loyal to their cognac brand of choice. However having Snoop Dogg down with the Landy program should definitely help .

BMX star Aaron Ross brought etnies, Sunday and Odyssey together for a three-way collaboration that birthed an etnies bike and Sunday shoe.
The Sunday features a black suede and herringbone midtop and removable velcro strap, cool mint detailing inside the collar and an orange embroidered etnies x Sunday logo on the tongue and on the heel.
The etnies x Sunday Number Mid shoe, bike frame and Odyssey components are available now.

In celebration of Ed Banger Records’ seven year anniversary, etnies dropped the first episode of the ED BANGER 7 documentary capturing the label’s weekend-long celebration in New York City. One episode per day will be launched until the final episode hits.

Spike Lee has repped Brooklyn hard since the days of Mars Blackmon so it is no surprise that he is on board with the new Absolut Brooklyn vodka.
The design features a brownstone bearing the address number from his childhood home in Bed-Stuy. The flavor is apple and ginger infused.
Absolut will also donate $50,000 to Habitat for Humanity specifically for funding of homes in Bedford Stuyvesant. Absolut Brooklyn will retail for $24.99 and will be available in stores from June 15.

The Black Eyed Peas are knee deep into The Blackberry and Bacardi sponsored E.N.D. World Tour. Last night they rocked Chicago, IL, but the show didn’t end onstage. The multi-platinum group also blessed the people of Chi-Town with a surprise performance of their hit song “Imma Be” at Enclave Nightclub as part of the Bacardi VIP Room event.
The Peas were joined by Josh Duhamel and Slash of Guns ‘N’ Roses fame to help celebrate Will.i.am’s birthday.
