Before Biggie rocked Versace’s, or Pac made Cartier’s shades cool again, The Loc reigned supreme in hip-hop. Whether it was Eazy, Kid Frost Ice Cube or Boss, Loc’s were the shades of choice for West Coast rap royalty. Leave it to Upper Playground to celebrate the 10th anniversary (don’t know where they got 10 but it’s cool).
