Iconic player Fred Perry would have turned 100 this year if he was still amongst the living but thankfully for those of us who love a little prep in our step, the brand bearing his name is still around. Today marks the beginning of the centenary celebration. The Fred Perry Limited Edition Piaggio Scooter is one of many collaborations that will be announced throughout the year at www.fredperry100years.com. Only available in the U.S., Japan and Europe the scooters will see a super limited run and are expected to hit the street in late summer 2009.
